Hi everyone, I'm a 5th year PhD student in Molecular Biology. I was born and raised in Ohio, enduring 18 years of snow and corn fields. Before coming to Princeton, I did my undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University where I investigated the evolutionary dynamics of secondary metabolism in unicellular Eukaryotes. At Princeton, I currently study the impact of protein-ligand interfaces on the evolution of primates. Outside of lab, I spend the vast majority of my time putting undue stress on my aging joints by playing various sports. Don't hesitate to say hi if you see me around campus, or to challenge me to a game of pickup if you see me on the courts.
